Hi there 👋 nice to meet you

I’m a designer that enjoys using ux research and business strategy to help organizations understand how to solve their customer’s problems and improve their product.

Coming from an engineering background at the University of Waterloo, I am a systems thinker and problem solver at heart. Through talking with people, empathizing with their pain points and gathering insights, I like to build a connection with the problem that is in front of me to create meaningful products. 

I enjoy working on projects from end to end, starting with setting up research workshops all the way to evaluating success metrics. I have extensive experience in customer engagement, membership sites and user onboarding.

When I’m not designing, you can find me organizing community meetups to help strangers become friends and create deeper human connections.
